Situated on Halifax Street within the Adelaide CBD, The Row-Tel is a 250 room combined boutique hotel and student accommodation complex. Taking the row house, the bulk of the housing stock within the projects immediate context, and re-imagining the apartment typology through this lens to create innovative, environmentally efficient and personal places to live and stay for a single night or a year.
The project was completed on a 12 week timeline from conceptual ideation right through to conceptual documentation, liaising with the developer, engineers and other specialist consultants.
